A FERRY firm has launched a survey after seeing a reduction in people using the service this year.

Keith Edwards, general manager of Gosport Ferry, said he want to find out more about the habits of commuters.

He said that the firm is not looking to reduce the frequency of ferries.

‘It’s been quite some time since we’ve done a survey of our customers,’ he said.

‘It’s been prompted by quite a decline in numbers this year and we’re not sure where they’re going.’
