UPDATE: Tailbacks as two men injured after car overturns on A3(M)

A MOTORWAY junction has been re-opened after a car overturned and two men were injured.

All lanes of the A3(M) were shut at junction 5 southbound for Drayton, Farlington and Bedhampton, Hampshire’s road management team said on Twitter.

The men suffered minor injuries after a white Vauxhall Corsa crashed, police said.

All lanes have now re-opened but there are delays back to junction 2 for Horndean.

Firefighters were called to the one-car crash at 1.12pm.

A spokeswoman for Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service said: ‘One private vehicle was on the highway, two male casualties.’

The men were given first aid by firefighters and handed over to the ambulance service.

No-one was trapped and firefighters left the scene at 1.58pm.

Hampshire police confirmed no-one has been arrested.
