PLANS to cut trees down to 6m in height have been passed, despite an objection raised by a neighbour.

Malcolm Drewery’s back garden adjoins the boundary of trees which is next to Blackbrook Business Park in Fareham.

He feared that cutting the trees down to such a low level would leave his property exposed to the industrial units at the business park.

Fareham Borough Council passed the plans and advised Mr Drewery to liaise with the applicants over height.
