THE family of a dad-of-two who died in a car crash have paid tribute to him.

Ben Finch, 42, died on November 29 at Selhurstpark Road, Goodwood, near Chichester, when the black BMW he was driving east, left the road and collided with a tree at about 3.30pm.

The car caught fire and Mr Finch died in the car.

DNA tests confirmed his identity, which was announced on Christmas Eve.

Mr Finch was an indepedent financial adviser from Lancing, West Sussex.

His wife Victoria Finch said: ‘Ben was the loving father of a 16-year old daughter and a 10-year old son, and is very much missed by all the family.’

Police are investigating and still need to hear from the driver of a dark coloured Land Rover Defender 110 that is believed to have been nearby.
