THE MP for Gosport has been taking part in a tug-of-war in a bid to raise cash for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Caroline Dinenage was involved in the charity’s 25th annual Parliamentary Tug of War.

Over £100,000 was raised to support people affected by cancer.

Caroline said: ‘I enjoyed taking part in Macmillan’s Parliamentary Tug of War.

‘Sadly we were well beaten by the nurses, but we’ll be back next year to avenge the defeat.’
