SOUTHSEA’S Kings Theatre has announced two of its stars for this year’s festive pantomime, Snow White and The Seven Dwarves.

After appearing in pantomime fourteen times and starring in Aladdin at the theatre in 2009, Kings Theatre patron Lisa Riley will be back in the city to play The Wicked Queen.

Famous for playing Mandy Dingle in Emmerdale, Lisa has just been on our screens playing a murder suspect in Scott and Bailey on ITV.

She toured the country last year appearing in Calendar Girls, alongside Lynda Bellingham, and was in BBC’s Waterloo Road, which she will be appearing in again this summer.

Playing Muddles is comedian and impersonator Aiden J Harvey.

He’s regularly appeared in pantomime at the theatre before, including appearing in Cinderella in the past, playing Muddles in Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs in 2007, and Simple Simon in Jack and The Beanstalk in 2010.

Aiden got his break in the 1970s show, New Faces, and went on to to be a member of the Copy Cat team on ITV in the late 1980s.

Snow White and The Seven Dwarves runs from December 21, 2012 to January 6, 2013.
