MUSIC lovers can enjoy a ukulele festival put on for charity.

The Gosport Ukulele Music Festival is on at Holy Trinity Church in Gosport, on October 11.

It runs from 11am to 5pm. Entry is £3 for adults, £1 for children and babies are free. There will be more than eight acts from Fareham, Portsmouth, Chichester and Brighton.

The Gosport-based Stokes Bay Strummers will be playing. All groups will perform in the finale at 4pm.

Proceeds got to The Rowans Hospice and the church.
