A two-car collision caused one lane of the A27 to close today.

Police were called to the incident on the west bound carriageway near to the A3(M) junction.

One car has been identified as a silver Seat Leon, which was being driven by a man.

In incident happened on the outer lane at 4.53pm today and the lane was reopened at 5.50pm.

Police say there are no known injuries.
