MP’s emails hit by cyber security attack

Portsmouth's libraries will be without internet access for two weeks as the network has been infected with a virus.

The city council said the service will be unavailable for approximately a fortnight from today.

Lindy Elliott, Portsmouth library services manager, said: 'This measure has been taken to protect the security and personal data of service users.

'We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and we will reinstate the service as soon as it is safe to do so.'
