YOUNG volunteers have been nominated for a county award for community work.
The 16 to 25-year-old members of Loud and Proud help out in both Gosport and Fareham communities, often in retired people’s homes.
They are nominated for Hampshire County Council’s ‘Making a Difference’ award.
The ceremony will be held at the Great Hall in Winchester on Friday.
The award is for people who show good citizenship.
