RUBBISH fires, leaking wetrooms, seagulls and automatic fire alarms were all reasons for the fire service to respond this weekend.

Southsea fire crew attended a rubbish fire in Bransbury Park, Eastney, at 8pm on Saturday night.

The crew also went to a faulty fire alarm that had tripped because of a leaking wetroom in Whitcombe Gardens, Milton at 11.20pm on Saturday and to a trapped seagull in Kingston Road, Buckland at 9am on Sunday.

Gosport went to an automatic fire alarm at 3.30am Sunday at Agnew House.
