Wightlink has cancelled some of its sailings between Portsmouth and Fishbourne today.

The 8.30am, 10.30am and 12.30pm crossings from Gunwharf Quays have been cancelled, as have the 9.30am, 11.30am and 1.30pm sailings from Fishbourne.

The reduced service is down to crew shortages, the ferry operator has said.

A spokesman said: 'Wightlink would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

'Passengers concerned about their sailings are advised to contact Wightlink reservations on 0871 376 1000.'
