Woman fined over accident

A WOMAN has been fined for failing to report an accident.

Janice A'Court was driving a Peugeot 106 that hit cyclist Daniel Conoghan at South Parade Pier, Southsea, on July 11.

She admitted failing to report the incident to police within 24 hours and was fined 80 by Fareham magistrates.

The 64-year-old, from Bishop Street, Portsea, Portsmouth, was also ordered to pay 15 into a fund for victims of crime and 55 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
