PREPARE to wrap up warm next week - weathermen say it’s going to get cold.
Temperatures in Hampshire are set to drop to minus 3 overnight on Monday, going into Tuesday, struggling to reach 3 C during the day.
It will be cold with widespread frost and ice in places.
Snow showers are possible over the weekend but it is more likely to be sleet and rain.
Mark Wilson, a forecaster from the Met Office, said it looks as if it will be staying very cool.
He said: ‘It will be getting very cold but there is a complication coming through on the Monday with a band pf precipitation coming from the north.
‘There is a great deal of uncertainty over whether there will be any snow so there are no warnings in place at the moment.’
