Naval recruits showed just how tough you have to be to do their job.
Leon Taylor and Carly Allon from Gosport's HMS Sultan were put through their paces at Fareham Fitness during a Career Fit day.

They showed potential recruits the standard needed to be in the armed forces.

Derek Crawford, UK national fitness manager at Fitness First, said: 'The test is a great way to assess general health and ability. Those who are thinking of joining the navy or army found it particularly helpful to see if they would make the grade.'
