Chas and Dave cancel Fareham performance over cancer treatment

Chas and Dave were due to be on stage at Ferneham Hall in Fareham on March 3.

But Chas is undergoing cancer treatment and needs to take long rest periods in between, a statement said.

The statement added: ‘Chas’ treatment is going well and he’s in high spirits.

‘He’d like to take this opportunity to once again thank you all for your incredible support and goodwill, and he’s looking forward to getting back on the road soon once his cancer has slung its hook!’
