VILLAGERS are set to hear about more plans to build another 200 homes in their community next week.

Housing developer Land & Partners Ltd is to hold a public exhibition over plans to build the homes at Chapelfield Park on land to the south of Greenaway Lane in Warsash next Thursday, June 16.

The developer is to make a planning application to Fareham Borough Council that will include a 70-bed care home and custom build plots.

Fareham Borough Council previously included the site as a potential plot for development last year.

Proposals for the enclosed site would see a mix of retirement housing, starter homes and affordable housing according to the developers.

In addition to this, the developer claims that there we be opportunities for potential residents to design their own home on the estate.

The exhibition will take place in the Bartholomew Room at the Victory Hall in Warsash.

It runs from 4.30pm until 7.30pm. Comments can be emailed to warsash@landandpartners.com.
