Fareham council wants views on parking in town centre

PEOPLE are being asked to say what is important to them when parking in Fareham.

Fareham Borough Council is holding a consultation as part of a draft vision that aims to meet the needs of the community by encouraging a range of shops and facilities, ensuring they continue to provide the right level of parking, as well as considering future housing needs.

To determine what future parking provision there should be in the town centre, the council needs to understand which car parks people use and do not use and why.

The online survey runs until November 21. Take part at fareham.gov.uk/consultations.
