Fareham recycling centre could see huge increase in HGV movements
A HUGE increase in the number of waste vehicle movements at a recycling centre is planned.
Recycling and Waste Management Southern Ltd are planning to boost the number of HGV movements from Down Barn Farm Recycling Centre in Fareham up to 500 per week.
The site currently has permission for up to 60 HGV movements and now the company has submitted revised plans to Hampshire County Council.
