AN MP was ‘delighted’ to open a new garden at a homeless refuge.

Suella Fernandes, the MP for Fareham, opened the refurbished garden at the Two Saints hostel in Gosport Road.

Many hours of work have been put in by the hostel’s staff and volunteers to complete the project.

Miss Fernandes said: ‘Two Saints provides a safe haven for some of our most vulnerable residents in Fareham so I was delighted to officially open their new garden.

‘I thank and commend the team for the work they’ve put in.’
