Explosive bank holiday action at Gosport Museum free May Day event

ARTEFACTS dating back 100 years are to go on display at Gosport's Explosion Museum of Naval Firepower on Monday.

Residents have handed in items belonging to those who worked at Priddy’s Hard, where the museum is based.

It’s all part of the site’s new Priddy’s People project.

Items include photos of First World War munitions workers shell casings and others.

The event is free and takes place from 11am to 4pm. Other attractions include arts and crafts, an assault course, face-painting and a bouncy castle.
