A CONVENIENCE store will be officially reopened tomorrow after being given a refurbishment.

The Co-op in Privett Road, Gosport, has been revamped with a focus on fresh, healthy foods and essentials, and will offer an improved in-store bakery.

It is the first store in Gosport to feature the Co-op’s new blue clover-leaf branding and the unveiling will take place at 10am.

Neil McKnight, store manager, said: ‘We are thrilled to have made such a significant investment in Gosport, and delighted that we have a fantastic new food store with which to serve the community.

‘The Co-op is a community retailer, and we are committed to playing an active role in local life, embracing the area’s community spirit.’
