GOSPORT MP Caroline Dinenage has encouraged local schools and community groups to get involved in Parliament Week.

Parliament Week is a programme of events and activities that connect people across the UK with Parliament and democracy and starts on Monday November 14.

Ms Dinenage will host students from Brune Park Community School at Westminster and will also be
visiting schools as part of the week.

She said: ‘Parliament Week is a great way to engage young people with both politics and Parliament.

‘I’m looking forward to meeting a number of students and listening to their opinions on topics which are big issues in Parliament at the moment.’
