A VICTIM of a violent robbery is being urged to come forward.

A 60-year-old woman helped a man, in his 20s, as two men attacked him where a path known as black pipe joins Stockheath Lane in Havant.

He was knocked to the ground and several cars drove around him during the robbery. The victim, around 6ft tall, slim and who was wearing ripped jeans, did not report it to police.

He told the woman who came to his aid the robbers had taken his cash. He walked off after the robbery at 4.15pm on April 21.

Call PC David Knight-Smith on 101.
