Brainy siblings are the next top Modells...

A SET of triplets from Nutborne celebrated a hat trick of top A-level results.

Alex, Max and Evangeline Modell, 18, are looking forward to university life after achieving the grades.

Alex who attended South Downs College achieved A* in maths, A in further maths and A in Spanish. He will study maths at Bristol.

He said: ‘I feel great and I never expected to have got these grades, especially in further maths which was really hard.

His sister Evangeline also went to South Downs and scored two As and a B to clinch a place at London City University to study journalism. She is currently on a gap year in Australia and received her results via video call from her elated parents.

Max who studied at Havant Sixth Form College got A*, an A and a B. He will study media and communications at Cardiff.

Parents Stephanie and Chris said they were really proud of their children.

Meanwhile, Havant MP Alan Mak personally congratulated A-level students at South Downs and Havant Sixth Form College when he visited both colleges.

Mr Mak said: ‘I want to congratulate all the students who yet again achieved amazing A-level results. Their hard work is inspiring and I was delighted to hear that so many of them will be going onto study at university. I have been lucky enough to meet some of these students today and over the last year. I am sure many of them will go onto do excellent things.’
