FIREFIGHTERS came to the rescue of a woman who got stuck while trying to get into her house through a window.

The woman was attempting to break into her home in Broadmere Avenue, Havant, when she accidently left her keys inside.

She attempted to get through a ground-floor window, at 10am yesterday, when she became lodged with her legs sticking out into the street.

A fire crew from Havant was called to help her, as the person she was with could not reach.

The firefighters arrived and pushed her inside the property so she could retrieve her keys. She was safe and well and back inside her home by 10.20am.
