Books boost city charity

AN ARMED forces charity in Portsmouth is celebrating a fundraising deal with a maritime publisher which will boost its coffers this year.

The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity is being supported by, which has named the organisation its charity of the year.

The publisher, which hosts hundreds of titles from amateur-penned memoirs to established thought-leaders in shipbuilding, is donating one per cent of its revenue to the good cause.
