DELAYS of up to an hour have ground Eastern Road traffic to a halt.
Road users are facing a long wait as they travel northbound along the A2030.
Queues began to form after a traffic signal fault earlier this morning.
The signal issue is now resolved, but congestion could take some time to clear.
Drivers on the A3M southbound are also facing lengthy delays.
