DRIVER Amy Harding has been fined £85 for using a mobile phone.

The 25-year-old, of Eastern Villas Road, was caught on April 10 on Circular Road, and admitted the charge under HMNB Portsmouth byelaws. City magistrates ordered she must pay a £30 victim fee and £85 costs.
