A MAN has been charged following a police chase yesterday.

Yousef Torino, 19, of no fixed abode has been charged with possession of cannabis.

His arrest follows an altercation in Arundel Street, Landport at 2.45pm.

It led to a police chase through around the city centre before Torino was detained in Alexandra Road.

Torino has been bailed until January 3.
