PEPPA Pig and SpongeBob SquarePants are among the special guests visiting a family fun day this weekend.

The event is being staged by Debbie Wilson of Portsmouth on Saturday morning.

The event will tie in with Debbie’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The action takes place at Hungry Horse in Kingston Crescent, Landport, Portsmouth.

Debbie hopes the event will be a hit with families.

She said: ‘We have Peppa Pig, SpongeBob SquarePants, a raffle, glitter tattoos, face-painting, games, music and candy floss.’

The day is taking place between midday and 4pm.

All the cash will go towards Macmillan.

The event is part of the annual World’s Biggest Coffee morning fundraiser which has raised £138m in its 26-year history with coffee mornings up and down the country.
