The incident took place on Sunday, February 12 at around 2am on Southsea seafront.

A silver Nissan 350Z collided with a black Fiat Punto, which was parked in a marked bay near the Blue Reef Aquarium on Clarence Esplanade.

An 18-year-old man, who was a passenger in the Fiat, suffered minor injuries in the collision.

A 22-year-old man, who was a passenger in the Nissan, also suffered minor injuries.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, or who saw the Nissan in the moments before the collision.

PC Rob Giles said: ‘If you witnessed this collision, or saw a Nissan vehicle matching this description driving around the Southsea area near to this time then please contact police immediately.’
