DINERS at Brasserie Blanc were treated to the company of the restaurant’s founder.
Raymond Blanc visited the Gunwharf Quays branch of the restaurant chain to talk about his experiences and offer tips and tricks from his new book, Kew on a Plate.
Ninety guests tucked in to complimentary bubbly and a three-course meal including grilled mackerel and roast rack of Cornish lamb.
Mr Blanc presented the Kew on a Plate documentary on BBC Two last year, creating seasonal recipes with fresh produce at Kew Gardens.
