Southsea prepares to get psyched for a new festival

TWO people were assaulted in a homophobic incident on Saturday.

The victims, a 22-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman, were approached and assaulted by three men in St Paul’s Road, Southsea between 2.45am and 3.15am.

The woman suffered a fracture around her left eye socket, while the man received a cut lip.

Anyone who saw what happened should call 101.
