A RAMPAGING vandal targeted more than 100 cars in the same Portsmouth street.

The incident happened just before 8am today, when a man ran along in Queens Road in Buckland shouting in a foreign language, scratching cars. Witnesses said he ran into Copnor Road and headed north.

Police conducted house-to-house enquiries today and have left letters on damaged vehicles, asking the owners to contact them.
