Children can get hands-on this half-term with Roman activities at Fishbourne Palace.

Visitors can taste Roman food, make an oil lamp, have a go at weaving, make Roman bread, dress in Roman costume and much more.

Activities will run from 10am to 4pm from Monday, February 15, to Friday, February 19, and are included in the admission price.

Visitors can see the rest of the museum, take a stroll around the replanted formal garden and view the largest collection of early mosaic floors north of Rome.
