A dazzling rendition of William Shakespeare's dark classic Macbeth has kept youngsters busy during the summer holidays.
Young thespians have been attending the Petersfield School in Petersfield to keep boredom at bay.

The performing arts workshop was possible thanks to a grant of £2,000 from East Hampshire District Council.

At the end of the workshop, the 25-strong group of 10-year- olds performed their own take on Macbeth called Something Wicked.

Lisa Baker, director of performing arts at the school, said: 'The children have worked extremely hard all week and they have thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

'They gave an outstanding performance.'
