It was a great goal – the most important goal for Pompey for 69 years.
But as good as Kanu's goal was to win the FA Cup for Portsmouth, it was his goal celebration that will be long remembered.

While thousands of Pompey fans jumped in the air and hugged each other, Kanu had something more memorable in mind.

He took a step to left, then the right and then to the left again twice more before bopping to a soundless beat, playing an invisible piano and tugging at his shirt.

Kanu's cavort may only be three days old but it's already embedded into the consciousness of Pompey fans.

So much so that students at Portsmouth College re-created the dance.

Dance teacher Sarah Warke said: 'The students have enjoyed re-enacting the celebration. We've got quite a few Pompey fans and they put their heart and soul into it.'
