IN ADDITION to a walk around 26 acres of aviaries and beautiful landscaped gardens at Birdworld, there's penguin feeding, a heron theatre, Safari rides, animal handling on the Jenny Wren farm, birds of prey tours and an underwater world.
At 11.30am
and 4pm every day, the penguin keeper feeds the birds and presents an opportunity for visitors to learn all about these peculiar yet lovable creatures. Performing natural tricks as they would in the wild, herons put on shows throughout the day.
