The Zimbabwe striker arrived as Pompey's then-record signing in a £4.4m deal from Auxerre in 2006.
The 29-year-old had to wait an agonising 15 games before he scored his first goal in a blue shirt - a crucial header which helped the Blues complete the Great Escape at Wigan.

Benjani hit six goals last season but really caught fire at the start of this campaign - hitting nine goals before Christmas and topping the Premier League goal charts for long periods.

Position: Striker

Today's Vote

Are you relieved the Pompey squad will remain untouched until after the Cup semi-final?
Yes, it was crucial not to break up the squad ahead of our day out at Wembley.
It may seem like good news but there are one or two players we could have axed to save some vital cash
We should have had a clear out of some overpaid stars to help secure the club's future and then put our faith in the youngsters
