Nathan Kirby and the prolific Graham Lindsey fired the Humbugs into the next round of the FA Vase.
Hayling got their first chance on 11 minutes when a Dan Hayes shot whistled over the top of the bar.
After some good play by Hayling Nathan Kirby's shot was deflected narrowly wide but on 18 minutes Brading should have taken the lead.
However, when Hayling failed to clear a corner and a shot from close range was brilliantly saved by Tony Harrop.
Jimmy Cuthbert's corner was headed clear only as far as Dan Hayes who let fly with a great volley that was just over the bar.
Shortly before half-time Graham Lindsey received the ball from a throw-in and shot from the edge of the box only to see keeper Bray manage to push the ball out for a corner.
Hayling got off to a fantastic start in the second half.
On 47 minutes they won a free-kick taken by Pete Murphy and a low diving header by Nathan Kirby went into the bottom right-hand corner of the net.
On 49 minutes, it was 2-0 when John Stevens won the ball in the centre of vmidfield.
Graham Lindsey grabbed the loose ball, beat the Brading defender and finished well past keeper Bray.
Then, on 51 minutes, a cross-field ball found Jimmy Cuthbert on the left.
As his cross came in Brading defender Quigley fouled Pete Murphy and the referee pointed straight to the spot.
Graham Lindsey converted the spot kick making the score 3-0 to Hayling.
There looked to be no way back for Brading as Hayling continued to press forward limiting them to only counter-attacks.
Brading had one chance in the second half from a counter-attack when Greening's shot was blocked by Tom Chapman.
A long ball forward was chased down by Dan Byrne. His cross was met first time by Jimmy Cuthbert but the shot deflected narrowly wide.
With John Stevens marshalling the midfield giving Brading no chance of getting back in the game.
