Reports say the Russians are willing to offer Redknapp £4m-a-year to leave the club.
But a Pompey spokesman said: 'Harry Redknapp is very happy at Portsmouth.
'An approach from any other club would be unwelcome.
'Harry signed a new contract at the end of last year and is looking forward to leading us into Europe.'
Redknapp rejected the chance to leave Pompey for Newcastle in January.
The Blues manager stated he was was happy with his role at Fratton Park.
Redknapp also didn't want to uproot from his home in Sandbanks, where he lives with his wife Sandra.
