Daisy look unstoppable in the Victory Ladies’ Monday Fours League.

Still unbeaten this season, Kath Patrick’s team continued their march towards the title with an 11-shot win over Lupins (Sue Jackson).

Erica (Trish Hampson) climbed to third with a 16-9 win over Zinnia (Wendy Wheeler).

Marion Wilcockson and her Buttercups maintained their good run with a narrow 11-10 win over Aster (Sue Jones).

And Foxglove (Linda McWilliam) had a welcome 14-7 win over Friesia (Jenny Edgeller).

Tarts were given a fright by the Fillies in the Victory Tuesday Triples League.

June Roberts’ league leaders edged home by just two shots after trailing Stella Parish’s team 9-0 after three ends.

Smilies (Ann Wade) had a close encounter, too – beating Jackdaws (Anna Walter) 14-11.

Hustlers (Margaret Moffat) were always in control before running out six-shot winners against Blackbirds (Jeanette Davies).

Magpies (Sue Jones) soared to victory over Robins (Sheila Wilson) – winning 22-6.

Team 4 had a ding-dong clash with strugglers Team 6 in the Victory Thursday Mixed Fours League.

The underdogs snatched a creditable draw with a shot on the final end.

Roger Bell’s Team 3 were the model of consistency throughout their 19-8 win over Team 7 (Dale Evers).

Team 2 (Mel Wilde) built up an early lead before winning by 11 shots over Team 8 (Trish Hampson).

In the Victory Birds League red division, the Eagles (Terry Smith) kept hold of top spot with a 19-3 win over Cuckoos.

Eiders (Ted Coward) stayed in touch with a 13-8 win over Albatross (Dave Biggs), though.

In the blue division Arthur Newland’s Seagulls are still top after a 12-5 win over Eagles.

Meanwhile, the Kestrels beat closest-rivals Falcons to move up to second.

In the green division, Dave Powe’s Penguins beat Magpies 16-7 to stay top and Dodos had a resounding 28-6 win over Pullets to stay in second.

The Victory Evening Fours League remains in the grasp of Pentones after a good win over Punters.

Cavaliers secured an eight- shot victory over Naismith.

And in the bottom half, Just That Yard had a good win over Red Notes 17-6.

In the yellow division of the Vintage League, the Red Arrows continue to soar with a 15-10 win over Diamond Head.

Second-placed Watnotts are nine points behind following a win over the Muffins.

In the afternoon triples, the Pirates are still top after a 24-8 win over Pembroke Park.

The evening triples leaders, Next (Iain Mackenzie), laboured to a 12-11 win over Fiesta.

Stripey’s Mob kept up their good run with a 15-7 win over second-placed Odd Bowls.

Wednesday’s Victory Vintage League red division is dominated by Biggs’ Trailblazers.

They defeated Dragons 15-11, while the second-placed Patmos had an 18-8 win over Sinners.

In the evening league, top team Griffs rested – leaving second-placed Gilberts to join them at the top with an 18-6 win over the Poachers.

In the blue division of the Victory Vintage Fours League, Acrest eased clear with victory over second-placed Muggs 15-6.

Ashbys missed a chance to close on the leaders as they lost 25-7 to Brownies.

The green division’s Mixtures remained clear of the Hillbillies with a 17-14 win over Pembroke.

In the top tier of the evening triples, Gamblers remained a point clear of Crescent with an 11-7 win over D Dennis.

Allsorts lost to Moneyfields who now join them on top of the second flight.

Toromos beat Wickers 13-9 in the Friday evening triples.
