Owls have flown to the summit of the ladies’ division of the Victory Triples League.

Lesley Field’s outfit beat Jackdaws (Wendy Wheeler) by 14 shots to hit the top on shot difference.

On the same number of points are Smiles (Joan Wilson).

They scored a single on the final end to beat Hustlers (Margaret Moffatt) by just one.

Fillies (Trish Hampson) moved into third with a 12-shot victory against Blues (Sheila Elliott).

Tarts (Rosemary Bailey) made it three wins from three as they were four-shot winners against Blackbirds (Joyce Aspinall).

The only 100-per-cent record in division one belongs to D.Dennis (Paul Lawrence).

They made it four wins from four when they rallied late to beat Split Ends (Russell Gadd) by three.

Moneyfields (Trevor Moore) were nine-shot winners against Allsorts (Ray Markwell).

And Long Jacks (Dave Meyer) enjoyed a nine-shot victory against Ice Creams (Jim O’Donnell).

Crescent (Bob Reeves) trailed Yankers (Alan Sprake) by one shot after six ends.

They then scored a seven and remained in the ascendancy to win by nine and go top of division two.

Royals (Graham Moore) are next best after a runaway 20-shot winners against Portchester Vets (Ollie Mew).

In the only other game, Wintergreen (Adrian Ash) beat Copouts (Roland Bloy) by 16.

Odd Bowls (Dave Powe) have lost their perfect record in the Tuesday league.

They conceded nine shots in the final three ends to lose by seven to Titans (John Knowles).

Citizens (Geoff Matthews) moved into third with a 10-shot win over Leeways (Brian Jones).

Stripey’s Mob (Mike Goldring) claimed a maiden win as 12 shots in the final five ends downed Cardsharps (Terry Crawford) by three.

Strollers (Roger Shergold) scored four in the final three ends to tie with Captain’s Lot (Dave Deacon).

Gravediggers (Dave Perks) still top the Wednesday league despite losing their perfect record in a three-shot defeat to Griffs (Fred Hammal).

Combine were resting but Alex (John Rawlings) moved up to third as they won by three shots against Hawkers (Jim Sunderland).

Park Lane (Ross Valcic) beat Gilberts (Trevor Smith) by six.

Poachers (Bob Newell) won four of the final five ends to turn the tables and net a six-shot win over Newcomers (Harry Blackman).

Standons (Ted Coward) took top spot in the Friday league after a 13-shot win over Toromos (Arthur Newland).

Flotsam (Kath Patrick) moved up to second after a three-shot victory against Biggles (Eric Purchase).

Avagoes (Paul Robson) made it three wins from three with a five-shot victory against Spanners (Bob Chadwick).

And Waverley (Frank Middleton) got off the mark when they scored eight shots in the dying ends to beat Metros (Tom Kelly) by five.

Collegians (Cyril Alton) enjoyed a runaway 15-shot victory against Fareways (Ken George).

The Pirates (Dale Evers) now top the Tuesday day league after a 17-shot win over New Boys (Harry Radford). Postie Pats (Paul Ellis) failed to deliver and lost by six to True Blues (Keith Warren).
