HIS CLUB doesn’t have a permanent roof over their head.
But Team Wiseman’s Tyler Hallawell today bids for a place in the semi-finals of the Schoolboy Championships.
Hallawell and his team-mates are forced to train on the streets, at other clubs and when they can get into their Wecock Farm community centre.
Despite that, the 13-year-old now faces Trumpington ABC’s John Lee for a last-four place for his fast-growing outfit.
Team Wiseman’s Daron Wiseman said: ‘He’s a rough diamond whose skills are now shining through.’
Hallawell will be joined by Heart of Portsmouth’s Joe Coltas, who has also advanced and shown good form to reach the latest stage in Surrey.
HOP coach Q Shillingford said: ‘Paul Kapnisi and our junior coaches are working hard with Joe, who is looking really sharp.’
