HAVANT II are looking for a fourth straight centurion as they make a late dart for a Southern Electric Premier League division three promotion place.

Ben Walker, Pete Hayward and James Christian have each reached three figures in consecutive weeks to fire the side into the shake-up with three straight wins.

They travel to Basingstoke & North Hants II tomorrow and skipper Graham Burns believes his side could yet steal in.

He said: ‘We’ve just got to take as many points as possible and then see what happens.

‘We might have come in under the radar a bit in recent weeks.

‘It makes the end of the season interesting for us.’

Gosport Borough have also hit form recently and have made a late charge and they travel to Lymington II.

In division two, Portsmouth could seal the title if results go their way as they visit Bashley (Rydal) II.

Hambledon could erase any remaining fears of being dragged into relegation trouble with a win at struggling Hursley Park.

And the premier division relegation battle will become clearer this weekend.

Bottom club Sarisbury Athletic host Bashley (Rydal), while second from bottom Burridge travel to South Wilts.

In-form Ventnor could confirm their safety at home to Hampshire Academy.
