Yanto Barker rode to glory in the 50th Perfs Pedal.

The ONE Pro Cycling star got the better of team-mate Chris Opie in the final sprint on Hundred Acres Road.

A dominant debut display for the newly-founded team was then capped when Marcin Bialoblocki crossed the line in third and George Harper sealed fourth.

Barker said: ‘I’m really happy.

‘It was a good race, on a beautiful day.

‘We couldn’t have asked for more.

‘If you look on the list of winners, there are some top-class riders on there.

‘So I am really proud to be on that list.’

Opie and Bialoblocki have both won the race in recent seasons, while former winners also include Alex Dowsett, Sean Yates and Julian Winn.

The 50th Perfs Pedal was a 72km battle, which included four ascents of Portsdown Hill before finishing on Hundred Acres Road.
