They recorded a 5-4 victory over Mermaid.

Marmion took a 3-1 lead with wins from Ian Shrewsbury, Nick Falloun and Sam Martin, while only Dave Smith could muster any early resistance from Stag.
Stag then took control as Tom Jeffrey, Mark Barnes and Mike Barnes pulled them level, before a walkover for Chris Andrews sealed it.
Paul Eldred took a late consolation for Marmion.
