Hawks' woes continue on the road
The Hawks' season on the road finished with a disappointing 1-0 defeat at mid-table Bishop's Stortford.
Having started the brighter side, the Hawks failed to make the most of their first-half control and faded rapidly after Dan Harris' 49th minute goal put them behind.
The Hawks were forced to start without the services of injured keeper Kevin Scriven, who was replaced by Academy star Nathan Ashmore.
Bognor also failed to inspire in their final home game of the campaign as they fought out a forgettable goalless draw with fellow strugglers Dorchester.
In the BSB Southern League south/west division, Gosport put their off-field troubled behind them as they beat Bridgewater Town 2-1.
Graham Lindsey scored both goals for Borough as they secured a well-deserved away win.
In the Wessex League premier division, Moneyfields stayed on course for a third-place finish thanks to a 2-0 win against New Milton Town at Dover Road.
Jamie Laidlaw and Kevin Murphy both scored for the home team.
Meanwhile, a late comeback from Cowes mean't Fareham had to travel back from the Isle of Wight with one point rather than three as the game finished 3-3.
Woodward, Turner and Austin were the marksmen for Matt Parr's side.
