Jamie Howell surveyed Bognor’s form and admitted: We have not been clinical enough.
The Rocks visit Hendon tomorrow on the back of a 1-0 home defeat to Kingstonian – their eighth league loss of the season.
In seven of those games they have ended goalless as well as pointless.
It’s a worry for Howell and Darin Killpartrick as they try to keep their team in the play-off picture.
Howell said: ‘It was really disappointing coming away on Saturday being beaten as I thought we played well.
‘It was very similar to a lot of games we’ve played this season.
‘We had a lot of the ball and didn’t really make any real chances.
‘It’s been our problem all season – we’ve not been clinical enough in front of goal and that’s why we’ve not won as many games.
‘It’s about finding a remedy to that.’
The Rocks must again choose which of Ashley-Paul Robinson, Dan Thompson, Jordan Clarke and Harvey Whyte to play in attack, or whether to go with all of them.
At the back, full-back Daryl Wollers may again be asked to fill in at centre-half with Ben Andrews and Louis John struggling.
